What are your opening hours?

We are open daily from 9:00 AM until 2:00 AM, so you can come by after shopping, dinner or a late night out.

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

Walk-ins are welcome. Weekends and evenings get busy, so a quick message on LINE or a call ahead saves you waiting.

Does your team speak English?

Yes. Our staff speak Thai, English and Burmese, so it is easy to explain exactly what you want.

Where exactly is the salon?

120/42-43, Ratchaprarop Soi 3, Ratchathewi, Bangkok — a few minutes on foot from Platinum Fashion Mall, Pratunam Market and Ratchaprarop BTS Gold Line.

How long does a service take?

A cut or gel manicure takes about an hour. Colour, perms, extensions and full spa packages usually run two to three hours.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Cash in Thai baht, Thai QR payment and major cards.

Are your tools sterilised?

Always. Files and buffers are single use, and metal tools are sterilised after every guest.
