Bookings
Reservations are confirmed by LINE or phone. Please arrive within 15 minutes of your slot; after that we may need to shorten the service or move you to the next opening.
Cancellations
Plans change — just let us know at least two hours before your appointment so we can offer the seat to someone else. There is no cancellation fee for standard services.
Services and results
Colour, perm and treatment results vary with hair condition and history. We will tell you honestly what is realistic before we begin. If something is not right, contact us within seven days and we will fix it where possible.
Privacy
We only keep the contact details you give us for bookings and reminders. We never sell or share them. Photos of your hair or nails are posted only with your permission.
